Become an APS™ State Representative
Are you a financial services professional who believes in the importance of properly structured asset protection?
Serving as an Asset Protection Society™ State Representative gives you the opportunity to help shape the Society’s future, support its continued growth, and advance its mission of protecting and educating the public about asset protection done “the right way.”
Strengthen Your Professional Identity
As an active APS™ State Representative, you are authorized to display the APS™ State Representative mark on your website, in your email signature, and in approved professional marketing materials.
Displaying the mark provides a visible connection to the Asset Protection Society™ and demonstrates your commitment to professional education, responsible planning, and the Society’s standards. It can help distinguish your practice, strengthen your professional credibility, and create opportunities to begin meaningful conversations with clients, prospective clients, and fellow advisors about asset protection planning.
Expand Your Professional Reach
Serving as an APS™ State Representative also provides valuable networking, educational, and marketing opportunities. State Representatives help broaden the Society’s reach by delivering meaningful education and reliable information to the public and other professionals while increasing awareness of their own practices.
Qualification requirement: Each applicant must successfully complete the CAPP™ course before becoming an APS™ State Representative.
